These terms apply to every visitor, user and customer of the CVontwerper website and related services. By using CVontwerper you accept these terms.

CVontwerper is an online tool that lets you:
Creating and editing is and stays free. You pay only for the PDF download.
The price for a PDF download is €2.00 including VAT. This is a one-off amount per download.
Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We accept iDEAL, Mastercard and Visa. We don't receive or store credit card details, that processing is fully with Stripe.
After payment you can re-download your CV for 1 hour without paying again. After that €2 applies per new download.
Right after successful payment your PDF is generated and downloaded in your browser. You don't have to wait, no account is created and your data isn't sent to our servers.
Download not working for technical reasons? Email info@cvontwerper.nl with your payment confirmation, we'll fix it or refund.
Digital products normally have a 14-day statutory reflection period. Because our service is delivered immediately after payment (the PDF download starts right away), we explicitly ask you to waive your right of withdrawal before paying.
You confirm this waiver on the Stripe payment page. Your statutory 14-day reflection period thereby expires.

Although the right of withdrawal expires upon immediate delivery, we voluntarily offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. PDF not working, result not right, or just not happy? Email info@cvontwerper.nl within 14 days and you get your €2 back instantly. No questions.
You compile your CV's content yourself. We don't check correctness of employer names, dates, education or other details. You're responsible for the content of the result.
AI-generated text suggestions are tools. Always check that the text matches your actual situation before sending the CV.
We don't store your CV data on our servers. Everything stays locally in your browser (localStorage). We have no access to what you fill in.

We do our best to keep the service available 24/7 but cannot guarantee the website always works without interruption. For planned maintenance we do our best to notify in advance.
We reserve the right to adjust templates, prices and functionality. Price changes only apply to future downloads. What you've already downloaded stays yours.

Dutch law applies to these terms. Any disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
We may adjust these terms from time to time. The latest applicable version is always on this page, with the date at the top. For downloads you've already completed, the version that was in effect at the time of payment applies.
